1. What is the delivery time?

Local Order delivery takes 2-3 days, all over Bangladesh, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

2. What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Zara Shahjahan Bangladesh provides free shipping for orders above 10,000 BDT. For orders under 10,000 BDT, a flat rate of 120 BDT will be charged.For international orders, real time carrier rates will be shown on the checkout page based on your location and the weight of your package

3. How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be notified by our team and will receive a call from the courier company regarding your order. If at any point you need more information, contact our team via our social media platforms or on WhatsApp.

4. What manner of shipping do you use?

We ship all over Bangladesh through Pathao, and internationally (only in India) through DHL, Fedex & UPS.It takes around 9-12 business days for International orders.

5. How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. After which, we get a call if clients are unresponsive. We will then make contact with the client and find a solution for the next day. If the client is unresponsive for over 24 hours, we will ask the delivery agent to return the parcel.
