Exchange Policy

Zara Shahiahan does not offer a refund policy. Any product bought from Zara Shahjahan Bangladesh can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state. Customers who desire to exchange the product will need to contact our Bangladesh team via our social media platforms or WhatsApp to exchange for a product of similar value or less. Provided the correct size/color of the dress is available at that time. This policy is applicable to local orders only.
